Introduction：

DropCare® VB12(1.0%) has been widely used in anti-inflammatory skin care products in recent years. Vitamin B12 regulates the expression of key pro-inflammatory factors (e.g. TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1) in the skin inflammatory response.Vitamin B12 scavenges nitrogen oxides (NO) and is an inhibitor of the enzyme NO synthase. NO stimulates vasodilatation, which in turn causes erythema and edema, and is thought to be responsible for the pathogenesis of atopic eczema and psoriasis.
